AppleStore不平等條約

剛剛看過MacFixIt，美國的Mac User在Online AppleStore買了Tiger，但卻沒有準時在廿九日送貨。蘋果竟然送那些delay收貨的顧客以下任一種禮物：iLife 05, iWork 05或30美元Coupon。
嘩！十分不平等。為何香港個案，delay了數天的iPod mini/iPod Shuffles又沒有賠？聽說在澳紐，有好些人仕買了Mac mini，delay了三個月也沒有送貨，而且不能Cancel order，那又為何不送禮物給他們？
請注意，iPod mini/iPod Shuffles和Mac mini也是比Tiger貴的！
這又是甚麼的政策呀？

    I am not sure about general order agreement with Apple Store, but from what i read in mac Fix it, those pre order copy of Tiger was “guaranteed” to be deliver, and this is the reason they got compansation. The consumer could have sue Apple.

    Now let me check the agreement from order product from Apple Store …
